Looking for gift ideas? Or perhaps you would like to give your loved one a Museum ticket, but you are not sure if the date will be suitable? Consider a Voucher — an open ticket without a specific visit date. A Voucher can be redeemed for a ticket at a time that is convenient for the Visitor.

Voucher types

• Sulejówek Vouchers: can be redeemed for a Ticket equivalent to the given Voucher; they are valid for self-guided tours of the "For the Polish Commonwealth. Józef Piłsudski 1867-1935" permanent exhibition or guided tours of the Manor House — "At Piłsudskis' in Milusin" — at the Sulejówek Complex;
• Combined Sulejówek Vouchers: can be redeemed for a Combined Ticket equivalent to the given Voucher; they are valid for guided tours of the Manor House — "At Piłsudskis' in Milusin" — and self-guided tours of the "For the Polish Commonwealth. Józef Piłsudski 1867-1935" permanent exhibition at the Sulejówek Complex on the same day.
• Łódź Vouchers: can be redeemed for a Ticket equivalent to the given Voucher; they are valid for self-guided tours of the "Fighting by the Word" permanent exhibition at the Branch Office in Łódź.

Rules of purchasing Vouchers in the Online Store

1. Vouchers for the Sulejówek Complex are valid only for a visit to the Sulejówek Complex, and Vouchers for the Branch Office in Łódź are valid only for a visit to the Branch Office.
2. Each Voucher has a specific redemption date, i.e. a deadline by which it can be redeemed for a ticket. Detailed information on the scope of validity and the expiry date of the Vouchers is provided in the description of the Voucher when purchased via the Online Store.
3. Purchase of Vouchers via the Online Store is subject to availability. The Museum reserves the right to change the types and values of Vouchers offered and to manage their availability at its own discretion.
4. Vouchers can be purchased by selecting the Vouchers tab in the Online Store.
5. Vouchers purchased via the Online Store are sent only in electronic form as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.

Voucher redemption rules

1. Vouchers alone are not tickets and do not entitle their holders to admission to the tour/event. Admission is only possible if the Voucher is redeemed.
2. Redemption of a Voucher involves redeeming it for a corresponding Ticket, Special Ticket or Entrance Pass.
3. One Voucher can be redeemed for one Ticket with a price no higher than the value of the Voucher and with the same VAT rate. The price of the Voucher does not have to be equal to the price of the Ticket for which it is redeemed.
4. Each Voucher has a specific expiry date, indicated in its description in the Online Store and on the Voucher itself. The Voucher must be redeemed, i.e. exchanged for the relevant Ticket, Special Ticket or Entrance Pass, before this date.
5. Failure to redeem the Voucher before the expiry date does not constitute grounds for complaint or refund.
6. No refunds will be given for unused Vouchers.
7. The Museum does not guarantee the availability of places to visit on the selected date.
8. If the price of the Ticket purchased using a Voucher is lower than the Voucher's value, the Museum will not refund the difference. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for tickets exceeding their value with an additional payment.
9. A Voucher can be redeemed by exchanging it for a corresponding Ticket or Entrance Pass/Special Ticket:
1. at the Ticket Office, no later than 30 minutes before the selected tour time, provided that places are available;
2. in the Online Store no later than 90 minutes before the selected visiting time, provided that places are available.
10. To redeem the Voucher via the Online Store, follow the same steps as when purchasing a ticket, and then:
1. select an event (type of tour), date and time; NOTE: for combined Vouchers, select the "At Piłsudskis' in Milusin" event;
2. add the corresponding type of Ticket or Entrance Pass to the Shopping Cart — "Ticket/Entrance Pass for a Voucher" (e.g. Ticket for a normal voucher — Sulejówek);
3. enter the 16-digit Voucher code (located next to the barcode on the Voucher) in the "Enter Discount Code or Voucher Code" field and click the "Recalculate" button to recalculate the Shopping Cart;
4. after clicking "Order", the Ticket/Entrance Pass will be sent as a PDF file to the e-mail address provided during the purchase process.
11. Tickets obtained by redeeming Vouchers entitle Visitors to a 10% discount in the Museum Shop on the day of the visit (not applicable to porcelain). One discount per receipt can be obtained upon presentation of one Ticket. The discount cannot be combined with other special deals.
12. Vouchers and Tickets purchased by redeeming them are not exchangeable or refundable.
